Packaging performance starts with engineering control.

Every product creates a different packaging challenge. We develop molded fiber solutions around geometry, weight, sensitive areas, packing conditions and distribution demands — then align tooling and production to deliver consistently.

Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 — all three, in one plant.

We select the production route from the functional, surface and tolerance requirements of the packaging, not from a single fixed process.

Type 1 — Thick wall

5–10 mm

wall thickness, single mold

One side smooth, the other rough. Heavy-duty protection for industrial parts and appliances, where strength matters more than surface finish.

Type 2 — Transfer molded

3–5 mm

wall thickness, two molds

Relatively smooth on one or both sides. Improved surface definition and dimensional control for demanding applications and higher volumes.

Type 3 — Thermoformed

1–2 mm

wall thickness, heated molds

Well finished on both sides. Defined geometry and tight tolerances for retail-facing and precision applications.

One week of design, two weeks of tooling, one week of sampling — for technically suitable projects.

Kick-off

Share the brief

Product, annual volume and logistical requirements.

Week 1

Engineering review

Product and packaging design, geometry, material and process review.

Weeks 2–3

Mold manufacturing

Tool manufacturing for the approved packaging design, in our own mold shop.

Week 4

First sample

Initial molded fiber samples for application-specific evaluation.

Samples are then evaluated for product fit, packing sequence, handling and application performance before any series-production decision.

Built for demanding sectors.

We produce for manufacturers and their suppliers across eight sectors, each with its own protection, hygiene and line-speed requirements.

Food & BeverageEgg packaging, bottle dividers, MAP trays for fresh meat and cheese.
ElectronicsDrop-tested inserts for appliances and consumer electronics.
CosmeticsRetail-facing trays with defined surfaces and tight tolerances.
Pharma & MedicalTrays and holders for secure positioning and clean handling.
AutomotiveReusable inserts for components moving between production sites.
Paint & ChemicalsForm-fitting protection that cushions tins and limits movement.
Consumer GoodsThick-wall protection for heavy and irregular products.
FurnitureCorner and edge protection replacing expanded polystyrene.

Suppliers to European white goods, sanitaryware, egg production and furniture manufacturers.

Fibre that already meets the 2030 rules, made on meters we read ourselves.

From January 2030 the PPWR requires every primary pack to be recyclable. Our trays are moulded post-consumer fibre today — and this is what they cost in water and electricity to produce.

Quality, certificates & sustainability How we produce

Material

100%

post-consumer recycled cellulosic fibre — no plastic film, no plasticisers, no chemical additives

Post-consumer fibre 100%Virgin fibre 0%

A single-material pack: fibre and nothing else. It goes into standard paper recycling with no separation step, no special equipment and no non-fibre content to declare.

Water

3.9 L

per kilogram of packaging produced, against 8–15 litres for a rigid plastic tray

Moulded fibre 3.9
Polystyrene 6–10
Testliner paper 5–15
PP or PET 8–15

A three-month plant average across full production runs. The ranges beside it are published cradle-to-gate figures for the materials a fibre tray replaces.

Electricity

49%

of the electricity we use comes from our own solar plant, on the way to 100%

Own solar 49%Purchased grid 51%

Three-month average, rising as we add capacity. The figure covers electricity; process heat is still supplied by natural gas, and we say so rather than round it away.

Plant figures are three-month production averages and individual months vary only slightly around them. Water measured as 3.9 m³ per tonne. Comparison ranges: Hoekstra et al. (2011) for paper, EUMEPS/AIPE for polystyrene and rigid plastics. Recyclability assessed against Reg. (EU) 2025/40 Annex II and the Cepi/4evergreen guidance. Barrier-film versions are produced only where a customer's application requires them; their non-fibre content stays below the 15% Cepi/4evergreen threshold.
