Molded Fiber Bottle Dividers for Wine and Champagne

THECA’s molded fiber bottle divider range includes three bottle-specific formats: 3BX for Bordeaux, 3CH for Champagne and 3BG for Burgundy bottle profiles. Each divider is designed around bottle geometry, contact points, carton dimensions and the intended packing method.

Because bottles within the same family can vary in body diameter, height, shoulder profile, weight and glass tolerances, final compatibility should be confirmed using actual bottle samples or controlled drawings. Carton fit, packing sequence and transport performance must be verified under application-specific conditions.

THECA’s bottle divider range includes three formats developed around Bordeaux, Champagne and Burgundy bottle profiles. Select the product using actual bottle and carton information rather than bottle type alone.

The 3BX Bottle Divider is developed around Bordeaux-style bottle profiles for use inside a compatible secondary carton. The divider geometry is designed to help position bottles and maintain separation between adjacent glass surfaces.

Bottle height, maximum body diameter, shoulder and heel geometry, filled weight, carton dimensions and packing orientation should be reviewed before the product is approved for use.

The 3CH Bottle Divider is developed around Champagne-style bottle geometry. Its contact and separation areas should be evaluated against the actual bottle body, shoulder, base and carton configuration.

Bottle dimensions, filled weight, glass tolerances, loading direction and the intended manual or automated packing process must be confirmed through a product fit assessment.

The 3BG Bottle Divider is developed for Burgundy-style bottle profiles. The cavity and contact surfaces should be evaluated against the actual bottle dimensions and the available space inside the secondary carton.

Final approval should consider bottle seating, separation, carton closure, packing sequence and the handling and transport conditions expected in the supply chain.

3BX is developed around Bordeaux bottle profiles, 3CH around Champagne profiles and 3BG around Burgundy profiles. However, bottle type alone does not confirm compatibility. Actual bottle and carton dimensions must be reviewed.
