Our Molded Fiber Bottle Divider Range

THECA’s bottle divider range includes three formats developed around Bordeaux, Champagne and Burgundy bottle profiles. Select the product using actual bottle and carton information rather than bottle type alone.

3BX — Bordeaux Bottle Divider

The 3BX Bottle Divider is developed around Bordeaux-style bottle profiles for use inside a compatible secondary carton. The divider geometry is designed to help position bottles and maintain separation between adjacent glass surfaces.

Bottle height, maximum body diameter, shoulder and heel geometry, filled weight, carton dimensions and packing orientation should be reviewed before the product is approved for use.

3CH — Champagne Bottle Divider

The 3CH Bottle Divider is developed around Champagne-style bottle geometry. Its contact and separation areas should be evaluated against the actual bottle body, shoulder, base and carton configuration.

Bottle dimensions, filled weight, glass tolerances, loading direction and the intended manual or automated packing process must be confirmed through a product fit assessment.

3BG — Burgundy Bottle Divider

The 3BG Bottle Divider is developed for Burgundy-style bottle profiles. The cavity and contact surfaces should be evaluated against the actual bottle dimensions and the available space inside the secondary carton.

Final approval should consider bottle seating, separation, carton closure, packing sequence and the handling and transport conditions expected in the supply chain.

Bottle-Specific Geometry

Each divider corresponds to a defined bottle profile. Actual bottle dimensions and tolerances must be reviewed because Bordeaux, Champagne and Burgundy bottles can vary between producers.

Carton Integration

Divider dimensions, bottle orientation and contact points should be evaluated together with the internal dimensions and closure method of the selected carton.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which divider should be used for Bordeaux, Champagne or Burgundy bottles?
